If you want a high-paced, heart pounding workout that will help you burn calories and provide whole-body strength and conditioning, Coach E's boot camps are for you. If you would like to strength train on your own or you can only fit it in during unconventional hours or perhaps you are not local to the Alexandria, VA area, Coach E can design a custom strength and conditioning plan for you to follow at home.
