Coach E has worked in athletics his entire life. First as a professional athlete and later a coach and trainer to both adults and children. He has a passion for athletics and the fitness industry and is thankful to be able to do what he loves for a living.

Coach E lives and breathes an active and healthy lifestyle which is reflected by his continued athletic endeavors (see more on the MS or Blog pages), commitment to eating healthfully, encouragement of everyone around him to get out and go for a walk and his insistence on riding his bike everywhere he can!
